To get the image URL - you'll need to upload the image to Hubspot 

1. Log into hubspot 

2. click Marketing tab and click Files/Templates then files again

3. Go into the IM Background Folder

4. Upload your image

5. Click the image - it will have a side bar open with more information on the image including an option to Copy your URL -- that's the URL you'll add to the url link above.
